<p>The placements of the candidates in M.A. in Hotel Management at Utkal University of Culture have been good. For the year 2023, the university was able to secure a student placement rate of 98.74%, and a the highest package of INR 750000/- per annum was offered. The median salary package provided from the company for the fresher was between INR 2-4 Lacs per annum. Leading recruiters of the campus were Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Reliance Retail, Amul, Godrej Agrovet and Bandhan Bank. The Bachelor of Arts programme which is spread over 4 semesters with an intake capacity of 32 takes specialisation in Odia, English, History, Culture Studies. Admissions are taken through UUCAT entrance examination passing rate for the entire programme is 40%. Application fee is INR 500. Selection weight age is: UUCAT: 70% and Graduation marks: 30%.
