Unlike India, MBA specialization options in USA are numerous. If you keep in mind your interest areas and you pick up the right discipline you do stand a very good chance of doing well on the career front in US. However, if you want to complete MBA in US and then come to India to seek employment then you would be at a disadvantage compared to Indian students as they have the advantage of campus placement drives at their respective institutes.
Chances of getting job after +2 in Economics are very limited. You will have to study more to build your career. You can do BA(Hons). This will open multiple options after graduation. Diploma admissions are based on marks of 10th. It's a 3 year course designed to impart skills. People compare it with engineering which is a 4 year course after 12th. But let me assure you the except in govt jobs, how you perform matters most and not your qualifications. So in private sector there is great career for diploma but in govt job no.
If you are interested in law then you can choose that field because nowadays law experts are in a great demand. Engineering is a good field but it faces many unemployment problems and it is a common field. Both have equal importance. You can choose as per your interest.
To get into civil engineering, you have 2 options. Either, you can go for Diploma after class 10th or UG, and then post-graduation. To get admission in a graduate program, you need to crack IIT-JEE Mains or other engineering entrance exams.
As a civil engineer, you need to have skills of planning, designing and supervising the construction of different buildings. You need to have a good knowledge of mathematics and science. I would suggest you to aim for MBA after completing BCA because with BCA + MBA IT, you will have dual specialization in technical and management also. MBA is the best career option with large salary scales.
