<p>Suppose a student has already taken admission to a medical college either through the All India NEET Counselling or through any other state counselling for NEET. In that case, they will not be allowed to participate in the Tripura NEET counselling. In fact, the candidate will not be eligible to participate in the further rounds of that particular state or national level counselling as well. For GRE IELTS & TOEFL you won't face any issues, as I've already given 2 of the tests mentioned above I know about the whole process they don't even ask about which college you're studying at, all you need is a valid passport. Talking about MS, yes, there will be hurdles but you can put the final degree as still awaiting.
