Your chances for a job in government sector are widely open for you, so if your hobby is in teaching then go for B.Ed and to be on upper level teacher such as PGT or professor go for M.Sc then B.Ed. So if you ask me to choose better for you then it would be M.Sc then B.Ed.

First of all, if you have completed your graduation in computer science as a mandatory subject in all three years then you are eligible for M.Sc. You can prepare for the entrance exam by studying operating system, data structure in C, data communication and computer network, database management system, digital computer and concept of a graph, tree, c language operator, stack and queue. Go on BHU official website and download the last five year PET computer science entrance test paper and prepare according to with the question alternativity.

Yes, you can by all means apply. If you have no back logs, have good or reasonable grades then your admission will have normal process. Both countries have best universities and it is just that you will have see what is the best one for you. Both country requires language proficiency test mostly IELTS. You must have 6.5 bands in all four modules and this one of the basic requirements. The university policies may differ from one to the other.
