Compare the study materials and the schedule, most importantly are the instructors certified? Diagnostic tests are important, enquire how realistic are the mock tests with the actual tests. Finally it's upto an individual how he deals with competitive tests no matter what. So choose the center as per your suitability.

You can obtain student visa after you receive the admission offer from a German university. And after you complete your studies you will be allowed to stay in Germany for 18 months to look for a job.
