Preparation for both of these exams is actually very simple. Assign time for study of each subject everyday. Assign time for exercise and yoga everyday. Take mock test every week. Brush up weak areas! That's all.

You should go according to the weightage of the topics at this peak time. You should concentrate more on biology as it contributes 50% of the total marks. For physics and chemistry, you can try to do that topics, which you know very well and at last, you can do last 13 years question papers.
