<p>Yes you can join Assam Science and Technology University without JEE for B.Tech but you have to appear for Assam Combined Entrance Examination (Assam CEE) . Admission will be based on this entrance test score. You have to pass 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in PCM and you should be a permanent resident of Assam.</p>
