Other is M.Sc in physiology and anatomy in B.J. Medical College. For taking admission Candidate must have a Graduation in a stream like Physiology, Anatomy from a recognized University. So It is difficult for you or you are not eligible for M.Sc in this college.

M.Sc is a master course so, the syllabus is big. If you can handle it then you can go for it. There are many colleges like IGNOU etc. which give distance education. You can join the coaching for the course you desire and go ahead.

Hence, you have to first register yourself with DU for MA/M.Sc (Math) program.
