You may clear NET exam or some other state entrance and go for lectureship in government colleges, and also in private colleges.
If you like your subject and are interested in research, Ph.D is the way to go. Be it at IIT, IISER, TIFR, IISc and so on. Choose a top class institute and a good guide with whom you would be comfortable to work.
Going for a Ph.D abroad is also a great option, but the choice depends on your circumstances and wishes.

Yes, you can pursue 2 courses together but not from the same university and the course have to be one through regular and the other through distance from a different university.

In which stream you did your B.Tech? If it is Biotechnology, then you can go for M.Sc in Food and Nutrition. Just have a look which universities offer this course Pondicherry University is having M.Sc in food and nutrition.

Annamalai University offers degrees in distance education mode. If you have done a full-time three-year graduation course B.Sc after HSC, then you are eligible for enrolling in a full-time postgraduate course.

You just have to start researching and learning about university admission requirements. 20 attempts and 8 backlogs is a big number, considering your final CGPA is also not very high admissions in top rated universities will be a challenge. You can search for programmes in UK, Poland, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Australia, Malaysia, etc. Expand your search and explore. For any doubts never hesitate to email the universities. Work on your personal statement, a very good SOP can work wonders. Recommendation letters are also a huge impact factor. IELTS or TOEFL score, GRE also matters. Keep searching.

Yes, you can appear in UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test). The exam is organised for 84 different subjects including Home Science. Through this exam, you can get awarded a Junior Research Fellowship and can also get a post of Assistant Professor. Normally, you can enroll for a neuro psychology course at Masters level.The only problem is that some colleges require a B.Sc degree in psychology. To resolve this problem, look for the colleges that offer Neuro-psychology course and you can contact them. NASC coimbatore is a private autonomous institute, so there is no such entrance exam for the admission and you should have at least bachelors degree from a recognised university/institute. .
