I appreciate your sense of approach. Answering your question. Changing a branch is up to you my friend (my personal opinion is to not to change the branch).
But before you opt for another branch, keep an eye on various subjects and your interests upon the subject. It's your future and your own life. So, you should be aware of your interests and take a branch according to your interest. Talking about your preparation which you did in these 3 years, it doesn't mean the struggle you had is useless. Remember, every experience gives you the new technique and new ideas. So, never lose hope and keep trying.
Hi Swara,
I wouldn't recommend you to go for part time graduation be it BBA or BMS. As this will not help you for further studies as well as job. Companies need people who have done full time graduation. Plus after 12th you will not get a good job. I would suggest you to complete your full time graduation first and then look for a job.

Hi,
Ivy Leagues are quite competitive as you might know. They not only prefer students with good academics but also students who have a well-developed portfolio. In addition to excelling in academics, you must have solid extracurriculars, state or national level projects, sports, writing, music whatever is of your interest so that universities know you have a solid profile and won't go wasted. You can target a score above 1450.

When compared, cryptography and ethical hacking are two different things (but if you explore these two in details, you will realize that they are somehow interconnected). How could the learning curve be the same if the two are not the same? To elucidate, cryptography is the Science and practice of encrypting data (I. e. , transforming simple text into cryptic, unintelligible code). The invaders and what they are doing cannot be stopped. However, we may make our information illegible to spies by encrypting it. Cryptography is therefore introduced for this function. Ethical hacking, on the other hand, is the method by which we test for weakn... View more
First of all, government has its roles and regulations for merit and management quota, so each and every college has some percentage of management quota so that they can offer admission to those students who didn't perform well in the competitive exam due to some reason, but they are worthy to take admission based on their graduation results but these rules and regulations differ from college to college. Not each and every college thinks this way. Some of them take advantage of this scheme.
