If you are interested for a career in pharmacy look for good universities in Canada, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland.

Pune University is well established and has a good course structure. However, the IISERs are certainly the better options because of the diversity in the subjects and courses being offered. Interdisciplinary science and research is promoted. The labs are well funded and much better equipped. You get better exposure to actual research. Get the opportunity of working in labs and doing relevant projects. Something which is lacking in the colleges under Pune University as I have often heard from several people studying there.

HR is not a gender biased profession so you can definitely choose it as your profession. Go for it.
