B.Sc is much more different than MBBS. B.Sc is the general Bachlor degree in Science stream, whereas MBBS is a specialised degree program with Medicine and Surgery. The duration for B.Sc is 3 years whereas for MBBS its 4.5 years.

Firstly, you should really have an interest or passion in engineering. Don't take engineering because everyone is going there. If you really have an interest and want to do it, welcome. So to be eligible for engineering admissions, you have to do 12th with PCM or PCMB, i.e. maths is compulsory that's the basic eligibility criteria for engineering admissions. Then you have to give engineering entrance exams. JEE is the national exam held by CBSE every year for engineering admissions.
