Candidates applying for Delhi University M.Sc. Admission will be selected based on an entrance test. However, there is also a merit-based admission that is only given to the existing students of Delhi University.

The scope level for all are equivalent as long as you have interest in something, go for it. A Masters can definitely guarantee you a job but since you haven’t mentioned your proper field, I can’t share more information on those courses.
