<p>If we review both the colleges for pursuing the B.Arch UG degree, Mangalam University is more better option for students then the MRIIRS because there is huge difference in the fee as well as the seat breakup among the students. They both offer under graduate course and in both the colleges the time period of these courses is 5 years. But if we see the seat breakup for the students, there are 40 seats in MRIIRS with reservation and 20 seats available in K.R. Mangalam University. But, the college doesn't provide any courses related to health care management. The only courses provided by KIAMS are marketing, finance, operations and HR.
