You can start your flying training after 10th but for pilot licence exams you should be 12th pass out with maths and physics with 50% marks. During your training, apply for DGCA exams, clear all 6 papers and 200 hrs flying, you will get your CPL after that.

Radio Jockeying is a rising field and there are hundreds of Radio Stations by private media houses coming up in small cities all around India. Even abroad the scope is on the rise. I relate my answer more to the Indian landscape, consider the following: If the CC is done after doing graduation then a Post-Graduation in Mass Communication/Mass Media/Media Production can also be done. I shall not hesitate to suggest even a Master Degree in A Language- English, Hindi or the one you see as your preferred medium of a Radio career. The fees for the certificate course is Rs. 5000 for one month course.

You could pursue BCA if you have one subject as mathematics in 12th. BCA Bachelor in Computer Application
BCA is 3 year graduate course in the field of Computer. Or, you may do B.Com along with certification courses related to accounting as tally, GST bill preparation software, etc. These courses will suit your career. If you want to move in the field of computer then only do BCA. Otherwise, go for the 2nd option.

As per your education qualification you are not eligible for B.Ed program because moreover all the institute require 50% in graduation. You can apply for NTT program, if you had 50% in class 12th.
But, according to me you should improve your education qualification first, means enroll in Master degree program according to your eligibility. Score well in term of grades and then apply for B.Ed or start building your career in teaching.
