It depends on your interest, ability and personal traits as each course you mentioned have a different career path. With food processing technology, you may work more indoor in labs and might not require to interact more with people whereas geology or environmental sciences will require a strong hand in geography and other related parameters like to be able to gather information from local people etc. On the basis of career prospects, you may choose food technology.

Techno India University offers the course MSC Biotechnology based on the bachelors merit that you've obtained in the undergraduation. So it's better to maintain atleast moderate score to avail the additional features provided by the college management. You need to have a 50% in Bachelors degree.

Theoretically, you can do both degree simultaneously. Majority of universities do not allow students to register for two courses simultaneously unless they have dual degree programs. However, you are advised to check with targeted universities about feasibility of doing two degree simultaneously where you are planning to do M.Sc. and B.Ed.

PUCET 2019 will be conducted in April 30, 2019 for undergraduate courses and will be conducted on June 8 and June 9, 2019 for postgraduate course. Candidates in order to get admissions into the UG or PG courses of their choice will have to secure a minimum cut off/qualifying mark in PU CET 2019. The merit list of Panjab University admission 2019 takes into account qualifying examination and entrance examination marks of the candidates. Shortlisted candidates will have to attend PU CET 2019 counselling round to finalize their admissions in the university.

HOW TO BECOME REGISTERED DIETICIAN IN INDIA?
Educational qualifications required: B.Sc. in Home Science (Food and Nutrition) or B.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics or other relevant B.Sc. course. After B.Sc., one must also complete M.Sc. or PG Diploma in Clinical Nutrition or Food & Nutrition.
