Usually the GPA required for MS courses is high, (around 3.6 out of 4) so you will have to see which universities will offer you the course on lower GPA.

You need to give NET SET exam in order to teach in a degree college, but if you want to teach in a junior college then you can do B.Ed. or M.Sc.
