Dear Shahrukh,
It's not easily to get admission in MIT, Stanford, CalTech or Harvard etc. You need to be excellent in your field. What docs you need is, your graduation certificates, LORs, SOP, entrance Score (GRE/GMAT and IELTS if required). Firstly, apply for entrance exam, they will send you that marks to that university. (You need to apply for your side). And if they found you eligible, they will revert back to you.

You can't do two degree courses, According to Indian education act-1959 you cannot pursue two degrees simultaneously, because it causes extra burden on students. But, you can do certification courses.

First of all, check for colleges having the particular programme in Germany. Then check whether the college offers the programme for international students. One key point that you need to check is that in some colleges in Germany, students have to know some levels of German for eligibility. Then also check medium of instruction. Check for eligibility requirements and then apply for the course. Once you get the conditional offer letter you can start your Visa procedure.

Bangalore University has released the Final Omnibus Merit List 2021 for its BA LLB (Hons) programme on August 25. This list was released after the release of the Provisional Omnibus Merit List 2021 which was out on August 18. Both these Omnibus final and provisional merit lists mention the names of students shortlisted for this course. After the release of this lists, a counselling process is conducted by the University followed by a release of a Final Admission Merit List. Dear student without entrance exam you will not be able to get admission, so I you want to take admission in M.Com you have to give entrance exam.

The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic) of KUK is given below.
Eligibility Conditions: B.Sc (Hons.) in Chemistry/ B.Sc. (Pass) with Chemistry as one of the major subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate or any other Examination recognized by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra as equivalent thereto.
So from above, you are meeting the eligibility criteria of asked programme and the admission will be based on merit in qualifying exam i.e. B.Sc. so your chances of getting admission in KUK are very good enough.
