Some of the best universities for pursuing MS in Pharmacy in Canada includes University of Waterloo, Dalhousie University, University of Alberta and University of Toronto to name a few.
Admission requirements vary and includes high academic standing and TOEFL or IELTS scores, statement of purpose, resume, previous work experience, GRE and letters of recommendation. GRE is not required by all. Also, a four year UG degree is required by most of them. You may check the university websites for more details.

2. Class performance (your CGPA)
3. Reputation of your college
4. Number and quality of projects you did
5. Your publications and researches
6. Letter of Recommendations
7. Rank of Professors and their research activities
8. Work experience
9. Extra-curricular activities
10. If your research matches with that of university
Hope this suffice.
