Nowadays, most of the IT sector companies and even financial sector companies are focusing more on newer technologies. Skills like Artificial Intelligence, Robot Process Automation and Machine Learning are in demand. B.Tech in Electronics and Communication gives you ample opportunities to jump in these skills. B.Arch will make you skilled in niche area of architecture and if you are a master in this than your market value will be very high. Both courses are having respective advantages. In my view, out of the two B.Tech in electronics and communication from private institute is better.

You can go for any of the four streams PCM, PCB, COMMERCE, HUMANITIES but I would suggest you to go for HUMANITIES as it would be easier for you to focus and prepare for designing exams like NIFT etc. HUMANITIES is quite easier compared to all and you would get enough time for practicing your skills and along with that you can opt for fine arts too. It would help you to enhance your skills.
