You can go for M.Sc in horticulture rather than Diploma after B.Sc in botany honors. Yes, you can apply for the same in any Universities of India such as Delhi University etc. Good luck.

Both the US and Canada are very good destinations to pursue Masters, but there are few significant differences. The cost of living is also lesser in Canada, then compared to thus. However, you can earn 30 40% in thus. Getting a PR is a bit easier in Canada while in the US it is a slightly lengthier process. Good luck.
