Both are good institutes. Bennett University being relatively newer campus than later so Apeejay has a better branch name but Bennett University also made a good name in just couple of years from its inception. In my view, getting into an already established institute is better option. You can compare the two on the below link:-

You may like to keep Apeejay School of Management as an option because this institute has both domestic and international approvals. If you are aware, Apeejay is approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA. This makes your PGDM equivalent to MBA since it has the AIU approval (audit completed, certification awaited). EMPI is one of the top Institute for PGDM courses in Delhi NCR region. You can try in EMPI Business School where they ask for composite score which includes 10th, 12th, graduation score plus CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT (anyone) plus IQ test score plus GD and PI score conducted by EMPI.
