Employer gives more weight to students from regular MBA, so their placements and salaries are good.
As you have written that you already have experience, so doing MBA will be added advantage for you. You can go for correspondence if you want.
But, it’s better to do executive MBA, it’s meant for working professionals and have more value than correspondence MBA.
