Mass Communication is a more broad and wide field in which the field of journalism comes. But since you are very clear about just journalism, go for B.A. Journalism (H) and focus in this field only by studying in detail.</p>
However, LLM in itself is a course that is sufficient and is enough to take you places. Also, you do not get to have many options available while you are already pursuing a full time regular PG course.
