Dear dilip. almost both courses structure is similar. but. with MBA you can go for higher studies.like Ph.D. under any universities.with PGDBA universities can not provide ph.d admission. again you have to go for FPM in the business schools which equivalent to Ph.D. all the best.

Akshat don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. Aviation is a vast industry. And there is a MBA in this field too. But which part of aviation industry are you interested in? That should be decided first and rather shooting blankly, go for a streamlined decision and career development.
Coming back to MBA in finance or HR are different aspect. Ofcourse, those can redirect you to aviation too.
