Kindly mention the entrance exam name for which you have missed appearing for the counseling. Though, I am not too sure to say unless I have the exam name, but I guess a lot of college offer direct admission process in colleges via reserved seats (5% of total number of seats). Both university are from the oldest university from Odisha.sambalpur university&nbsp; compare to&nbsp; utkal university is less expensive . Utkal university is more expensive than sambalpur university let compare there MBA courses. The utkal university fees for MBA is around 50k for 2 years where as sambalpur university is around 25k for 2 years which is just half the fees of utkal university. Guru Govind Singh Indraparsth University doesn't provide question papers to any of the candidate appearing for the paper, hence some of the students who remembers the questions write down somewhere and give that to publisher hence creating books, only like this you can get previous year question paper.
