Hi,
The question is too generic. If you opt footwear designing, you may get career as a merchandiser in a footwear company, if you do costume designing, you will be merchandiser with textile units, clothing company, retail, etc. It’s you who need to decide in which industry you want to go.

ECE deals with electronics while CSE deals with computer Science. There is considerable overlap: embedded systems for instance involves ideas from both areas. Both ECE and CSE are likely vast disciplines with several sub-disciplines. For CSE, check theACM computing classification system 2012which lists several areas within CSE. Find a similar thing for ECE, compare the two and see if anything interests you.

You should go for regular one as already MBAs are surplus and jobs are not many, if you are not skilled enough. Distance learning is better for those, who are already experienced and just looking for professional growth.

Without CCNA or CCNP certifications, it will be hard to get a job in networking field after completing B.Tech. If you don't want to do CCNA certifications, then the best option for you is to join a networking company after completing B.Tech, either as an intern or if you get a full time job, which would be great.

Integrated MBA ( BBA-MBA or B.Tech-MBA etc) are not the right option because you will miss opportunities to do MBA from top B-Schools. Student get real value for money if MBA is fine from any of the top 30 B-Schools or International B-Schools. However, if you are keen in doing integrated MBA you must do proper due diligence of university and its integrated MBA program. IPM program offered by IIM Indore is the best option for integrated MBA.
