No, it is not compulsory to take SRMJEEM if a candidate already holds a valid score from recognised entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, NMAT, TANCET, or SAT India. SRM IST considers all these exams as alternative for eligibility. However, for applicants who haven't appeared for any of these national-level tests, SRMJEEM becomes the mandatory test to qualify for admission. No, it is not mandatory for candidates to appear in all phases of SRMJEEM for admissions to MBA courses at SRM School of Management. However, they can choose to apply for either Phase 1, Phase 2, or Phase 3, followed by a PI. The school usually conducts three phases in the months of February, April, and June. SRMJEEM admit card is issued to candidates soon after they complete the SRMJEEM form submission process. They need to download the SRMJEEM admit card as soon as it is generated. SRMJEEM admit card is a mandatory document for student identification on the exam day. So, candidates must download their admit card and take a print out of the same for the exam day.

SRMJEEM exam is an easy test. The exam syllabus and pattern is same as other MBA entrance exams so it is not difficult to crack it. Candidates who have appeared for any other national level entrance exam can easily crack SRMJEEM with basic preparation and practice.

To prepare for SRMJEEM exam, candidates must check the syllabus and prepare all the topics included in it. The preparation can be done in 3-4 months. If you have appeared for any other MBA entrance exam, you can easily prepare for SRMJEEM. First cover the syllabus and then practice some sample questions and test series. Keep revising tough topics, their concepts and formulae to be able to solve any type of question.

You don't have to take SRMJEE for admission to the BOT course at SRM University. The eligibility criteria for the course is:
Minimum 60% 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology/ Botany and Zoology from a recognised board. However, try to score as high as possible to get admission to the university.
The tuition fee for the entire course is INR 3.60 Lakhs. The course is offered to 60 deserving students.
The duration of the course is 4 years with compulsory 6 months of internship.
