It can therefore be said that placements at Pailan College of Management and Technology (PCMT) have been below average, but there are indeed many companies which visit the college for placements. Significantly, TCS and ITC are some of the major companies recruiting freshers which pay their applicants about INR 3-4 Lacs per annum. However, there are reports of limited IT company placements for some of the students even though the college has many recruitment companies; branches like IT get few placements; some of the students get paid INR 20,000 per annum similarly. Although the college does offer placement programs, often students have to polish their talent themselves to get better placements.

Comparing HVPM with other identified infrastructure and academic providers for teachers, it was found that in general, HVPM has few teachers with higher educational levels and work experience in their sectors. However, there is still little work being done by students toward improvement, especially in areas of feedback control and the infrastructure and campus facilities.
