Yes, there is no such bound that you can't do, but the thing is, it will be not easy to complete the two degree courses. I will suggest you to complete one degree first.

Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute. You can consider the below parameters:
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiters
Also, if possible, go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni think about the institute.

10% of weightage during your entire profile evaluation is given to your past academic record. So yes, these marks will matter but more importance is given to your entrance exam marks and GD-PI.
The last date for application is April 20, 2018. I think you should go ahead and apply. All the best.

Every year of B.Com has 2 semesters. That means entire, in B.Com, there will be 6 semesters. In it, all the courses and subjects are divided into 6 semesters and according to the semester, examinations are conducted.
