How to enter into CA Course?
1. Start CA Course through CPT Route
2. Enter into CA Course through Direct Entry.
Through CPT Route-
(I) Enroll with the ICAI Institute for Common Proficiency Course (CPC) after passing class 10th examination.
ii) Appear in CPT examination after appearing in the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination).

No, you are not eligible for Aviation after B.com. If you have completed 12th with science stream then you will be eligible.
Below, I am indicating aviation related information:
Aviation:
Aviation relates to all aspects of an aircraft and courses in India deal with-
Flying operation,
Aircrew,
Aircraft,
Air Traffic management,
Technical aspects of Flight,
Aviation Safety,
Regulatory policies and economics of airport.
Eligibility Criteria:
12th standard certificate
Height requirement:
For boys- 5ft. 7inches
For girls- 5ft. 2inches
Weight should be in proportion to height.
Minimum level of English fluency is required.

You can apply but if you want to do both from regular then it will be not possible because one course will be through distance mode either your M.Com or MBA. You can't apply for both the course through regular mode.

All the three colleges mentioned are well known. From a strategic point of view, I would prefer Toronto because it is the financial capital of Canada, which means greater access and opportunities. The university is extremely competitive, so apply to the other two as well. Simon Fraser is also a popular university for undergraduates.
