Hi Alisha, yes you can join. ICA for CIA (Certified Industrial Accountant) course can be pursued after completing your 12th standard.

I don't think any University offers graduation as one year course. It is normally a 3 year course in the case of B.Com.

As far as government job is concerned, it does not make any difference. As every job in government has its own various arrangement for entrance. So you can go for either of the course.

Yes of course, you are eligible to apply for B.Com course after completing 12th. To apply for this course, you should have completed intermediate from a recognized school or equivalent qualification. You must have secured at least 60% marks for general candidates and 55% marks for reserved categories. There are no entrance examination for B.Com course but few reputed institution or universities may conduct the entrance examination.

We are sure that you had this in mind as every person pursuing BFM, BAF or even B.Com thinks that he can pursue CA, since he managed to tally the balance sheet in the finals. But trust me, it is not going to be that easy. Also, too many people are pursuing it so you will be one among many others.
CA exams are conducted by ICAI (Instistute of Chartered Accountants of India) and requires you to clear CPT, IPCC and Final CA. To give a simple overview, a student should go for CA if the student wants to make his/her mark in accounting initially. Because later at the last module of the exam, you will have so many subjects which will allow you to choose any domain of finance you like. But first you need to be exceptionally good in accounting to clear the first and second module.
