Here is the eligibility criteria to pursue ICWAI course:
ICWA Foundation: To apply for this course, students must have passed class 10th or equivalent from any recognized institution or board. Candidates who have passed or appearing in class 12th are also eligible to apply. Candidates must have completed the age of 17 years. ICWA Intermediate: Students must have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2) and Foundation Course/ Graduation in any discipline other than fine arts. ICWA Final: You can apply for this course after qualifying the ICWA Intermediate course from the institution.

You can probably think of switching your career from commerce, if you are not liking accounts and Maths. Analyse your strengths and weaknesses, your interests and your aptitude. You could think of some creative fields like mass communication, design, literature etc. You could also consider a career in aviation or hotel management.

I hope you are doing well. If you are talking about the B.Tech branches i.e. CS or IT then you should start with IIITs as they are having CS branch and after that NITs are having CS branch.

B.Tech is a better option as it is a professional degree/ course whereas B.Sc. is not professional but it is a simple degree. The way technology is growing and impacting our life CSE is an option that is going to offer endless opportunities to candidates. Many reputed private universities like SRM, LPU, VIT, etc. are offering B.Tech CSE. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. You can get the information from above link. But I think you can't pursue ICWA because it had accounting terms which you are not familiar to as you are an arts student. So please check out the link for the reliable information for the same. Hope this helps.
