That should actually depend upon the kind of job/career you want for yourself. All PG courses are good in some way or the other but all are not suitable for all candidates. Probe yourself and find what kind of work you want to do and then opt for the related PG course. MBA is one thing you can do if nothing else strikes better.

In the first year of MBA, all the subjects are taught and in the second year, only subjects related to HR will be considered. Lastly, it may differentiate from college to college.

Hi,

B.Com deals with commerce and accounting related subjects whereas BBA is a relatively new program that was started sometime last decade and deals with subjects that give conceptual insights into how a business should be run or managed.
