ICAR is the governing body for all agriculture courses in India, so it is not advisable to study an agricultural course without ICAR approval, however the choice is yours. Please note that the degree or diploma in agriculture may not be recognized by several educational institutes or industries.

Complete your course in B.Sc agriculture, and then consider getting admission in an M.Sc course in India or abroad. Getting admission in an M.Sc course depends on your performance in your undergraduate field of study, so do well in B.Sc and then consider opting for an M.Sc course.
