To be eligible for the MBBS programme at AIIMS Deoghar, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
Education: Candidates must have passed Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) stream with English as a compulsory subject1
Entrance Exam: Candidates must apply for the NEET-UG conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and obtain a valid score
Internship: The MBBS course is of 5.5 years duration, including a one-year rotating internship

AIIMS Deoghar is no more expensive than Patna Medical College and Hospital. They are both great colleges and they provide great career opportunities to their students. The fee structures for different courses of bit the colleges are as follows :
AIIMS Deoghar :
MBBS - INR 27400 per year for a 5 year course
B.Sc - 24000 per year for a 3 year course
Patna Medical College and Hospital :
MBBS - 26700 per year for a 5 year course
B.Sc - 22000 per year for a 3 year course
So both colleges offer education at the same prices.

The fee structures for the different programmes at AIIMS Deoghar are different according to the respective program that the student is pursuing at the university. According to the data provided by the College on their official website the fees for the different courses are as follows:
B.Sc - INR 24000 for 3 year course ( varies depending upon the branch of the student)
MBBS- 26700 for 5 year course ( varies depending upon the branch of the student)

A student must fulfill the criteria set by the AIIMS Deoghar to take admission in the university.
