The eligibility requirements and admission process at both institutes, AIIMS Bibinagar and AIIMS Deoghar for MBBS course, are almost the same. Moreover, the accepted entrance exam is also the same. Both institutes follow the rules and regulations according to AIIMS Delhi. However, applicants can compare both institutions based on their cutoffs:

The total tuition fee for MSc courses at AIIMS Bibinagar is INR 1,400 and the tuition fee for MSc at  AIIMS Deoghar is INR 2,385. These are government institutes, and the tuition fees are relatively low in government institutes for all courses. Moreover, in terms of affordability, AIIMS Bibinagar is more affordable than AIIMS Deoghar. The fee amount mentioned is sourced from the official website/sanctioning body and is subject to changeTherefore, it is indicative.
