The eligibility requirements and admission process at both institutes, AIIMS Bibinagar and AIIMS Deoghar for MBBS course, are almost the same. Moreover, the accepted entrance exam is also the same. Both institutes follow the rules and regulations according to AIIMS Delhi. However, applicants can compare both institutions based on their cutoffs:

The NEET UG exam is the primary way for admission in the MBBS course at AIIMS Deoghar. Candidates from other states can also apply for admission and appear for the NEET UG exam and must achieve a valid aggregate in the same.

Yes, AIIMS Paramedical is the accepted exam for admission to the BSc specialisations. The AIIMS Deoghar Paramedical cutoff 2024 was concluded for further admission. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. Among the General AI cateogory, the closing ranks in the last round varied between 656 and 1186. Notably, the toughest specialisation turned out to be B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology.

AIIMS Deoghar 2024 cut off based on AIIMS Paramedical was concluded with the release of last round. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the AI quota. For the General AI category candidates, the closing ranks in the last round varied between 656 and 1186.
Among the OBC AI category candidates, the closing ranks in the last round varied between 915 and 1404. The range of cutoffs for all the categories are given in the table below:

AIIMS Deoghar cutoff 2024 for the BSc specialisation was based on AIIMS Paramedical scores. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The last round closing ranks for the General AI category candidates varied between 656 and 1186. For the OBC AI category candidates were 915 and 1404. Check the table below to find the last round closing ranks with respect to the General AI category candidates:

Getting a seat at AIIMS Deoghar at 200 rank is easy as the cutoff ranks in the last round were higher than this. The last round of cutoff for the General AI category candidates was between 208 and 2100 for the General AI category candidates. For the OBC AI category candidates, the closing ranks were between 239 and 2449, in the last round. Therefore, for the OBC AI category candidates also, getting a seat at 200 rank is possible. For other categories also, getting a seat at this rank is possible.

To get admission into AIIMS Deoghar for Nursing courses, candidate must attain the rank as per the cutoff list. For the General AI category candidates, the closing cutoff ranks for different specialisations varied between 208 and 2100. The cutoff for BSc (Hons) was 2100, which had lenient cutoff than MSc specialisations.
