AIIMS being a government university has the liberty of setting its own course syllabus. There are regular CCR/CGR (Clinical combined Rounds) conducted which can be attended by the students to look at some of the rare and interesting diagnoses or any of the novel methods of treatment. AIIMS sets the record for producing the most no of journal papers in a year ( for any medical institute present in India).

Indeed, students have the option to apply in the following round if they would choose not to apply in the existing AIIMS Deoghar deadline. They cannot, however, occupy any seats in the existing round if they wish to wait. Candidates who aim for the next cutoff round may have to face the possibility of losing their seat because the remaining candidates eventually fill the open seats within the allotted time. They may have to fight for the seats that are left over after the current cutoff. The faculty at AIIMS Deoghar is well-known for its quality and experience. The college has a favourable faculty-to-student ratio of 5:1, ensuring personalised attention for pupils. Many of the faculty members come from famous universities such as AIIMS Delhi, BHU, and AMU, and they provide a wealth of expertise and experience. They are noted as being friendly, approachable, and supportive of student study. While the bulk of the faculty is lauded for their passion and expertise, there are some exceptions, but overall, the teaching standards at AIIMS Deoghar are rated high when compared to other state medical institutions.

The accepted entrance exams are NEET, AIIMS paramedical, and others. Securing good score in both the entrance exams is very necessary. Admission to the UG and PG courses will be based on these and other entrance exams. The competition is expected to be very high this year therefore proper preperation is needed.

Candidates applying through NEET must first register for the NEET entrance exam. Fill out the NEET application form and upload all the necessary documents. Appear for the entrance exam and with valid scores apply on the official website of the university by paying the admission fee.

AIIMS Deoghar is a public/government university, hence the fee is not much. The total tuition fee is around INR 4,500. This fee is exclusive of various charges such as hostel charges, lab charges, transportation fee, hostel charges, and others.  AIIMS Deoghar is a hub of modern day medical education. Students at AIIMS Deoghar are motivated to become expert professionals. According to the Shiksha verified review, the university is rated 5/5 in terms of the crowd and campus life. As per one reviewer, "There is the best Wi-Fi system in my college with 5G network speed. There are a lot of labs with all the facilities. Our classroom is very big, with high facilities like AC and highly modified seats. We also have a big library, which is full with all the books we need. We have all the facilities in our hostel and have good food in the mess."
