AIIMS exam has a bit higher level than NEET. Assertion- reason type questions are far more common in AIIMS than NEET. In addition to that, there is also a small component of general knowledge. This, added with lesser seats, leads to higher competition.

There are no restrictions to attend them but you know AIIMS will be tough as compared to NEET so think before you apply. ICAR will be same as NEET.

AIIMS and JIPMER are the only two available to get admission in MBBS. However, NEET is your best shot due to large (relatively) no. of seats.
