Both are preferable. AIMS is good for PG studies, as it has got highly qualified professionals hailing from IIM's and visiting faculties from abroad.

Good morning Dear,
Atharva College is in Mumbai, which was established in year 2004.
The college facilities are good.
Also if compared to other institutes in Mumbai the fees is comparatively on the lower side.
But the college ranking is not good, if we look at the current record is above 100.

Both are at their place. There is no such difference when its about MBA but AIMS-MBA department has professors from IIM-B, IIM-A. I guess this is enough for you to understand the quality of education.
