To seek admission at ADYPU School of Engineering BTech, candidates must secure minimum aggregate in Class 12 with a set of mandatory subjects. For MTech, candidates must secure minimum aggregate after clearing BTech. Apart from this, candidates must appear for valid entrance exams such as ACET.

Admission to any of the courses requires minimum eligibility criteria of securing valid scores in Class 12 or graduation and ACET + PI. The institute does not provide the lowest number of seats to any specialisation, because Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and the other two specialisations have the same number of seats i.e., 60. 

The application fees for the Amrita School of Engineering Coimbatore BTech programme depend on the choice of channel of admission. Candidates who wish to apply with a JEE Main score are required to pay only INR 500. Those who wish to apply and appear for the AEEE exam are required to pay an application fee of INR 1,200.
