Electrical engineering is one of the most demanding branches in engineering. All the NITs are good enough and maintain good standard in education as well as other facility. The placements in NIT Rourkela are good. The companies come and accept the students with good packages. PSUs recruit with the highest packages. If you ask for the best then CLAT possible in Lucknow is probably the best and it has managed to get the AIR too. In Hyderabad, I'd suggest Career Launcher for sure.
