You might not get seat in Government College, but may get seat in the private college with these marks either in BHMS or BA MS, so all it depends on your interest. Good luck.

To get a government seat for BHMS, you must score between 300-350. But you can also get a seat in a private college and for that, you must be a NEET qualified student and 119 marks in NEET are required. The information I have given you is about good private colleges.
