CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) and IT (Information technology) both are quite similar in some or the other manner. BE in CS is a better option. BCA only teaches you about computer software and applications, while BE in computer science teaches you both hardware as well as software. Hence, BE in CS has a better value in the market. Placement opportunities will also be better if you pursue BE in CS.

B.Tech will be better, only if you got good government colleges, otherwise you'll only spend without any good reward.
Your average placement will be around INR 3 lacs with any average colleges, and you have to spend around INR 5 lacs, but if you opt for BCA MCA, then within 5 year you'll get your Master's degree with INR 4 lacs average placement and your spend will around INR 3 lacs.
