For general category students, the minimal cutoff for admission to PES University is 94746 to get a free se and also this is the best university which a good records of placements which can give you a better life style.

What is the total fees, including hostel charges at PESIT South campus, if I take admission through the COMEDK?

Based on few reviews few years back.
COMEDK Tuition Fees - Rs. 1,50,000
College fees - Rs. 21,500
Hostel fees - Rs. 80,000 for boys (excluding refundable caution deposit of Rs. 20,000) = Rs. 1,00,000 (its slightly higher for girls)
TOTAL Rs. 2,71,500/-
But we have to account for the hike in COMEDK fee this year (mostly around 10%), then the total fee comes around Rs. 2,86,500/-. This is just a rough number, considering the present scenario, the total fee will definitely not be less than 3.5 lacs this year.

If you are concerned about placements, let me tell you that both the campuses would be sharing these and the rest would be quite different. But, the PES RR campus also has a better peer group. This is because it is a higher-ranked campus with a much larger alumni base.

There is no MBBS seat in COMEDK 2019. This exam is managed by the COMEDK (Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka). It is a state-level entrance test. The authority will also organize admission procedure for architecture course on the basis of NATA score
