There are various initiatives taken up by students for social awareness like the Social Activity Project (SAP), mandatory for the subject Behavior Science, where they have to do volunteer work for society. The university is also connected with NSS (National Security Scheme), along with this, Amity has also adopted a village and the students, faculty and staff dotingly work for its development. Amity also keeps organizing programs like "Run Gwalior Run Marathon" In affiliation with Nagar Nigam Gwalior for clean and green city. I understand your concern for the same as I had the same question in my mind when I was about to join this University. Honestly, the facilities are the best one can think of and after you stay here you'll be grateful that you are residing in one of those hostels where you are valued for your opinion too.
As one of the answers has clearly mentioned all the necessary details I would like to point out the points which a hosteller in Amity University, Gwalior would only know.
You would never see a day when your room or the flat isn't cleaned. The aunties come in morning for cleaning and even if you don't open the door (if you're sleeping ;) they make sure your room gets cleaned.
Any problem with the tubelight/tap/bed etc we have a complaints register, just write down the issue and the next day it is determined to get resolved (trust me on that).
The cleanliness is what you'll swoon over. You won't find a place in the entire hostel which isn't cleaned(even our window panes are cleaned).
We have a mess committee which drafts the hostel mess food menu and yes we can give suggestions to remove and add things of our choice. (We've even had pani puri in evening snacks)
Laundry facility available.
Gym and sports equipments available.
The hostel channel gates close at 10 pm(Girls Hostel).
We even have meetings with our Hostel Director where we could point out the problems we might have and he takes note of that.

For instance, my seniors from ASCO got a very healthy package this year, in the campus placement. Overall, Amity Gwalior is good in terms of campus placements. The Career Resource Center of AUMP has aimed at providing a comprehensive array of services and support for its students and alumni that will assist them in their life-long career development and placement.
