I am a mechanical engineer from GITAM, hyd, i suggest you to not take mechanical in GITAM as there are very less companies coming. Placements are very poor, not even (20 %).

Mostly you will be getting , But is better to opt CSE/ECE in GITAM ,Because placements in mech are very less .
