Not only the best, civil engineering at Cu is bestest .At the civil department there are amazing labs for material testing hydraulics, and structural engineering, students get to do experienment and learn things with their hands.It is not just theory.the teachers are experienced.They teach well and also bring experts  from industry. Both Chandigarh University (CU) and Lovely Professional University (LPU) are known for engineering, but if we think of Electrical Engineering, LPU appears better in many ways. As a student, I personally feel that LPU has a very practical approach to learning.
