I'm a graduate of BIT (Noida extension center) for BAM (B.Sc Animation and Multimedia) Batch of 2009, and think I can give you some insight.
If you wish to enter a field of animation, design, or film production, the course is structured in a way to expose you to the various disciplines from across the field. It's a glimpse into the insides, and nothing more. This does not mean that the course is bad. As far as foundation studies goes, it is quite strong and very methodical. Well Brother, if you're asking me, I'd say, its the best in North India. People even from foreign countries come to CU for this Degree. Even I'm Going for this course this year. So, if you're going too lets meet at the college.

Pixar or DreamWorks may not visit this campus for recruiting students. Some of the companies which do visit the campus are mentioned below:
