Yes, candidates may enroll in short-term animation courses. Such courses might last anything from one month to a full year. A Diploma in Animation, a Certificate Course in VFX, a Certificate Course in Digital Compositing & Non-Linear Editing, etc. are some examples of short-term animation courses. Students can acquire fundamental animation knowledge or more specialised abilities in a particular subject through short-term certificate programmes in animation.

Following are the Animation eligibility criteria that candidates can check to have a better idea.

  • Aspirants who have cleared their Class 12 with passing marks in any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts) can pursue an Animation course at the graduation level.
  • However, most popular colleges allow candidates to take part in their admission process only if they have completed their schooling from a recognised board.
  • On the other hand, to pursue a PG level Animation course, candidates should clear graduation from a recognised institute/ university with a minimum percentage (usually 45% - 60%).
